Purchased ped is not showing in Portal CFX Granted Assets?
Tebex syncs purchases with Cfx.re in real time, though high network loads can introduce a 2 to 5 minute delay. Make sure you were logged in with the same Cfx.re account that manages your server keymaster. If the package is still missing after 15 minutes, check your Tebex email receipt for the transaction ID (TBX-...) and open a ticket on Discord.
Ped has invisible parts or players crash upon spawning?
This issue is almost always caused by an outdated FiveM server artifact build or conflicting resource naming. FiveM requires build 5848+ (recommended 6000+) for modern clothing and character assets. Verify your server artifact version, ensure the resource folder contains fxmanifest.lua, and make sure ensure [resource_name] is placed after your core frameworks in server.cfg.
Can I customize clothing textures, logos, or hairstyles?
Yes. All Pewe Studios character peds come with unlocked .ytd texture dictionaries. You can open and replace texture files using OpenIV without touching the locked .ydd 3D model geometry. If you need complete 3D mesh alterations, please request a custom commission.
Can I transfer a ped license to my server owner’s Cfx account?
Yes. Visit https://portal.cfx.re, navigate to Granted Assets, locate your purchased package, and click Transfer. Note that Cfx.re allows only one irreversible license transfer per purchased package.
